At Costello, we felt right at home. the hostel was impeccable, with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. the highlight was the perfect terrace overlooking the streets, where we could relax, socialize, and enjoy our meals. the location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from the train and bus stations, as well as a vibrant market and the main shopping street. what truly made our stay exceptional were Andrea and Alessia, the friendly siblings who went above and beyond to create a welcoming and energetic environment. the staff's warmth and hospitality added to the overall positive experience. We cannot recommend Costello enough for anyone visiting the area. Cons: It was all superb! .

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to all the main attractions and transportation options. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful suggestions on what to see and do in the area. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel, as the rooms and facilities were well-maintained.
One thing that bothered me was the lack of proper charging outlets in the room. the USB charger in our bunk didn't work properly, and instead of charging my phone, it drained the battery.

From the moment we arrived, the hosts at Costello went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even waited for us to check-in after a long and tiring journey. The hostel itself was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station. We also appreciated the small touches like the fully equipped kitchen and the beautiful terrace. The staff was friendly and always ready to offer helpful tips. Despite a couple of minor issues like a loose locker and noisy doors, we had a fantastic stay. we highly recommend Costello for a great hostel experience.

I recently stayed at a small and cozy hostel in a prime location. The hostel had just opened and everything was brand new and spotless. The beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious. The two brothers who run the hostel were incredibly friendly and always gave me great recommendations for places to visit and eat. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and the harbor. The WiFi was reliable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences like running out of toilet paper in some bathrooms and a crowded fridge, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this hostel for a comfortable and affordable stay in a convenient location.

The hostel was recently opened and meticulously designed by a fantastic sibling duo. No detail was overlooked, from the cozy and clean rooms to the well-equipped kitchen. the multiple separate toilet/shower rooms and hairdryers in the bathroom were a nice touch. the lockers in the rooms and clean sheets provided added convenience and comfort.
One minor drawback was the potential difficulty in sleeping before 11 pm due to the outdoor patio area where everyone gathers. the hostel staff ensures that everyone respects quiet hours after 11 pm.

The location of this beachfront hostel is fantastic, with a beautiful terrace area to enjoy the view and relax in. the dorm rooms are clean and comfortable, with curtains for privacy and personal storage spaces. the staff is welcoming and friendly, creating a homely environment. the pasta dinner provided a great opportunity to socialize with fellow travelers.
The showers could use some improvement, as there were issues with hair clogging the drains.
